 All rentals require a Damage Deposit.
A Damage Deposit cheque will be required upon signing the contract.

This will be fully refunded after the event

if there is no damage done and the key is returned.

     If you are looking to have liquor service at your wedding, festival or event, you will require a Special Event Permit.  Obtaining a B.C. Liquor Permit is the

responsibility of the renter.

     The Bradley Centre is a No Smoking facility.
We strive to keep the building a 'scent-free zone' .

Only BC Registered Guide and Assistance Dogs

are allowed on site.

Rental Rate: $35.00 per hour (plus damage deposit)

Cafeteria Room
Rental Rate: $25.00 per hour (plus damage deposit)

Kitchen
Rental Rate: $25.00 per hour (plus damage deposit)

Board Room
Rental Rate: $10.00 per hour (plus damage deposit)

Pensioners’ Room
The Pensioners’ Room is reserved for Bradley Programs and is not rented

to the public.
